Sea Grapes are a fresh food, you can eat them with soy sauce mixed with a little Japanese mustard (Wasabi), or with pure fish sauce or mixed fish sauce from Vietnam. Sea Grapes are used as a wonderful green vegetable. What's special is that Sea Grapes are also used as medicine. Mr. Le Ben told a story about a customer of his who had facial melasma. After pressing pureed Sea Grapes and rubbing them on his face, the melasma completely disappeared in a short time. He is researching to extract the natural active ingredients in Sea Grapes to make cosmetics, which is great news for women, right? Please support Mr. Ben!

    Research on seaweed cultivation methods
In the Philippines, people grow sea grapes using the bottom method, so the grapes are big because they get nutrients from the sea. However, the seaweed contains many impurities. In Japan, to clean the seaweed, people tie the seaweed to bags suspended above. This method does not produce big fruits because the seaweed does not get many nutrients, only from the sea water. To improve this method, Mr. Le Ben used the method of growing grapes on wooden boards placed close to the bottom, so the seaweed is both big and clean. When harvesting the grapes, fishermen will dive deep into the sea to get them.

This is a Japanese engineer who came to Vietnam to study Mr. Ben's method of growing sea grapes. This Japanese expert has been "living and sleeping" here for months to measure, count, and research statistical data. I really admire his perseverance and patience.
